1994 Franco Moschino Question Mark Faux Fur Cropped Jacket
This jacket’s twin is in The Met Museum’s permanent collection, and I’m thrilled to have one here because they’re extremely hard to come by. This is also in excellent condition, making it even more appealing. The best Moschino Question Mark pieces are defined by their sense of humor and drama. The label had the ability to provoke and challenge while producing exceptional clothing. Francis Moschino founded his label in 1983 and was a pioneer in making environmentally conscious decisions long before it was fashionable. You can buy this jacket from Panther Jacket.
This jacket is exceptional and exemplifies everything collectors love about Moschino. These have become extremely difficult. The jacket is a faux fur jacket from his ‘Fur For Fun’ label. It brings together a shorter pile. Soft ivory faux fur contrasts with the cuffs and collar’s longer and thicker, glossy faux fur. The collar is cleverly cut to form a question mark that wraps around the neck and down the other side. The longer side ends in a soft point, with a flattened ball dangling below it to form the base of the question mark. The cut is casual, easy, and cropped.
